Yeah, because when you use a computer or Photoshop all you have to do is click a few buttons and it’s INSTANTLY AMAZING! It doesn’t take years of learning or hands on ability like paint does, everyone is innately born with the ability to use PS7, and is intimately knowledgeable about lighting, perspective and anatomy and the tools that you use in order to achieve something that looks awesome. And hey, worst case scenario, you can just go to file>make look awesome.
